The project, completed as a Design and Construct, is situated on the 27th floor of the prestigious Governor Phillip Tower in Sydney’s Central Business District. It serves as a dynamic and client-facing headquarters for Pengana Capital Group. Laycock Constructions’ goal was to create a transformational workplace environment that fosters a sense of belonging for both staff and clients.
The design prioritizes wellbeing and flexibility, creating a space that promotes connection, purposefulness, and engagement for all who work or visit. From workplace strategy to change management, the Laycock Constructions team carefully reflected Pengana’s unique culture and values, resulting in a space that feels welcoming. This thoughtfully crafted environment aligns with the company’s vision, offering both functional and emotional resonance for its people.
This boutiques office included: reception area, executive lounge, meeting rooms, flexible cafe area, board room, open workspaces and relaxation room.
