OUR BACKGROUND
Robert, Darrell and Nathan Laycock established Laycock Constructions in Sydney in 2009. The father and sons team had a vision to create a building/ construction company that was known for high quality work, honesty, experience, professionalism and service.
With a strong understanding of quality construction, having worked on many prestigious projects throughout Sydney as well as interstate and internationally, together Robert, Darrell and Nathan have brought together a team of highly professional trades people and management staff around them.
Darrell, Nathan and Robert have over 70 years of combined experience in the building and construction industry. Their belief that they are only as good as their last project ensures and encourages the highest standards in workmanship, project management and client satisfaction. Most of their projects are brought about by referrals or repeat business.
Previous projects Robert, Nathan and Darrell have been involved in include the building and renovating of architectural houses, residential town houses, duplexes and single dwellings. The construction of a new school, Regional Water Schemes involving concrete reservoirs and low lift pump stations, construction of Kmart stores and the fittout and refurbishment of various 5 star hotels and various overseas projects including potato storage facilities in New Zealand and the refurbishment of the Promenade in Oxford Road Singapore.
OUR PEOPLE
All beginning their building careers at a young age, Nathan, Robert and Darrell have over 70 years of combined experience in the building and construction industry. This experience includes project management, site management, carpentry, estimation, quantity surveying in estimation and contract administration among other roles. This includes experience Nathan gained during his time working with Durbach Block Architects while studying for his Advanced Diploma in Product Design.
